About Us

TSI Cares Network, LLC began as a behavioral health provider for high-risk and underserved populations within the child welfare system.  We began recognizing that clinical progress was often limited without safe, stable housing. This insight led the organization to expand into foster care housing and independent living, creating an integrated care model that addresses mental/behavioral health needs and the environments necessary for long-term stability. 

 At TSI Cares Network, we are committed to providing stable and compassionate housing and support solutions for those in foster care, extended foster care, and former foster youth. Our mission is to be a beacon of hope and transformation through dedicated support and care.
