Extended Foster Care

Our Extended Foster Care program is designed to serve, house, and support young adults (ages 18-22) transitioning out of foster care and into adulthood. Without an adequate support system, these young adults are at a higher risk of homelessness, instability, and criminal justice involvement. By providing safe housing, along with wraparound services such as counseling, success coaching, life skills training, and access to healthcare, our program not only transforms the lives of its residents, but also contributes to building a stronger, more compassionate community for all.

Who We Serve:
- Ages 18 -22
- Must have a mental health diagnosis
- Must be enrolled in Florida Extended Foster Care or Aftercare Programs
- Male and Female homes
- Single Family Homes, Duplex, and Apartments Available
