Our Independent Living Homes support young adults ages 22-27 who have aged out of Extended Foster Care/Aftercare Programs and may still benefit from a stable, supportive living environment. These homes provide safe housing, utilities, internet, lawn care, and pest control, as well as 24/7 monitoring. We do not offer on-site services; instead, residents are connected through partnerships with local agencies that deliver case management, job coaching, and other supportive services- allowing young adults to maintain independence while accessing resources as needed.
